Because items are produced after purchase, production and delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Orders)

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 7–20 business days, including order processing and shipping.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed.
This is the time required to prepare your items before shipment.

  • Orders placed before the daily cutoff time may begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–15 days (Monday–Sunday) depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Handling Time (1–5 business days) + Transit Time (6–15 days)
→ Estimated Total: 7–20 business days

    International Shipping

    We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

    International delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.

    If your tracking has not updated after this period, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

    Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

    International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
